Driving Attendance to the Utah Valley Parade of Homes
Since 2012, we’ve been working with the Utah Valley Home Builders Association to host the Utah Valley Parade of Homes. We’ve gone through brand updates and have had successes in traditional media, digital media, social media and public relations. In 2023, the volume goal was reached and a shift to awareness and customer experience will drive efforts in 2024.
Increasing Conversions for Continuing Education
EKR has worked with the Utah HBA to increase awareness and attendance for continuing education classes. Using Google Search, the first 30 days resulted in 269 additional website visits and a click-through rate 2.71 times above benchmark.
Five months later, after continued optimization, website visits increased 81% from the start of the campaign. In September 2023, the client said, “Our continuing education attendance is up by 748 attendees from last cycle.”
Creating “The Housing Advocate”
Working in a strong PR capacity, EKR is helping the Southern Utah Home Builders Association (SUHBA) share their mission and efforts with various personas from the local resident to association members and government officials.
First, EKR used research to build a messaging guide. Then, EKR proposed tactics for public relations work above and beyond expectations including a newsletter for government officials, media relations, and a podcast!
