Friends Trivia Game

Warner Bros. hired EKR to design and develop the digital marketing site for promotion of  their trivia video game “Friends: The One With All The Trivia,” which was released on the Playstation console. The engagement included creating a website destination, online version of the trivia quiz, photo galleries and video galleries. Most importantly, the destination served to provide information and drive sales for the game.

Website Features

The “Friends: The One With All the Trivia” website included video galleries, photo galleries, product information, newsletter sign-up and a daily interactive trivia question. The site was highly animated and interactive, built using Flash…when that kind of thing was still cool and feasible.

Interactive Trivia Quiz

Complementing its video game counterpart, the website featured interactive trivia questions about the popular television series. Questions changed daily to entice visitors to come back often and build buzz for the product release.

Photo & Video Galleries

The website contained numerous photos and videos displayed in a tightly packaged, interactive environment. This content enhanced site stickiness and repeat visitors. The content also helped build excitement prior to the video game release date.
